The Override stylesheet should be referenced as (do not give any directory
information):
<OverrideStylesheet>MyStyleSheet.css</OverrideStylesheet>
and should be in the same directory as where you find wiki.css (the root or
virtual directory of the web site)
That should create an html tag like:
<link href="/FlexWiki/MyStyleSheet.css" type="text/css"
rel="stylesheet" title="Site Default"/>
