Craig had created a simple Readme file on the sourceforge.net Flexwiki site,
but it was terse. I have added some detail to a new topic FlexWiki2Upgrade
at [1]
This file has more detail, but if you have any issues send an email to the
list and we will assist as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and
identify improvements need to the instruction.
