Hi Anders,
I was just on that page and noticed the question. There is no way in the
standard wiki software to open a link in a new window, from the link itself.
Users become accustomed to right-clicking a link and selecting the action
they desire or the link opens in the window they are in. This is normal
browser behavior - I am always annoyed by links that open a separate window
when I want it to open in the current one.

Anyone else want to weigh in on desirable behavior in this case? It would be
possible to change if there is a valid requirement.
