I did include the CAPTCHAKEY and I did make sure it had 16 digits before this
problem so this can't be the issue. I'm still not sure what it is, though.

is not valid hex-digit. Valid hex digits are in the set (0123456789ABCDEF)
and 16 of these are required.
I will note in the flexwiki.config.template file that this is a mandatory
value and must be included in the flexwiki.config file. I do not want to
assign it a default value, as this is a security setting and this could lead
to a vulnerability.
I will also update the install instructions.
