That sounds familiar to me. It was the same behavior I saw when trying to
run 2 processors on the same web site. Becuase the caching is InProcess
flexwiki only works properly when all threads run on a single cpu.
You need to look for a key <processModel> in your config files (enterprise,
machine or web) then inside that you need to ensure <webGarden> is false and
that <cpuMask> is 0xffffffff. If you find these and they are all already at
the required values then you will need to see if you have any keys active
with "cache" in them. The application rather than the web server should
control the caching.
