You can modify the default.aspx to redirect based on the domain name. But:
accessing the same flexwiki with different domain names will scramble
everything, because the links always contain full urls, and the pages are
massively cached. Eg. Opening flexwiki with http://localhost
<http://localhost/> on the server will render the wiki unusable for other
users, until the cache expires or is cleared :-) because most of the pages
will contain localhost/xy links.
Just use one wiki, and create subdomains that do nothing but redirect to the
correct namespace of the wiki - they will be no more than shortcuts tho.

Can I create separate domains (e.g., zebradomain.com, xraydomain.com) and
base it on the same wiki but direct to different namespaces? It's essential
that zebradomain.com follows throughout the pages with the url intact
instead of redirecting to a default domain, same goes for xraydomain.com.
For example, if I visit zebradomain.com, it will take me to:
www.zebradomain.com/default.aspx/ZebraDomain/HomePage.html
and if I visit xraydomain.com, it will take me to:
www.xraydomain.com/default.aspx/XrayDomain/HomePage.html
I don't know how to make the wiki recognize what is the default based on
these two scenarios.
On a different aspect of this, I have a similar question with subdomains....
animals.ZebraDomain.com/default.aspx/AnimalWiki/HomPage.html
bananas.ZebraDomain.com/default.aspx/FruitWiki/HomePage.html
How to do this?
