We have been busy working on a new look and feel for FlexWiki with some
great new capabilities that will be brought to the FlexWiki site in the next
month or so. I have been working on the Discussion forum piece for that
upgrade.
Build 2.0.0.234 contains some new capabilities for the discussion forums,
where there is a dependency on a WikiTalk Library called ForumLibrary. An
early version of the forum stuff can be seen at [1]. The forum library is
now distributed with the build as of Build 2.0.0.234. You have to copy the
namespace definition from the flexwiki.config.template file to your
flexwiki.config file and the WikiTalkLibrary namespace should be enabled
(make sure the path reference is correct).
I have an administration page for the forum nearly final at [2] and will be
working on other pages[3]
The answer to the actual question you are asking is that I have a link in
the left border to create a new forum created by the wikitalk in the
_NormalBorders [4] file

I had not released the _NormalBorders file yet as the TopBorder Tabbed has a
minor error and is too complex for distribution. I will be working on
simplifying the implementation asap. an early version of the Discussion
Forum is viewable at [5], but I am currently working on a revision to the
styling and behavior of an actual forum
