The equivalent for step 1 is to right click on the Default Site in the IIS
Manager MMC and then select the tab 'ASP.NET'. That should show that you are
running version 2.0.50727. If this is not the version will the drop down
let you select this version? If not then you need to install .Net v2.0 and
register that with IIS by running aspnet_regiis.exe from the directory in
Microsoft.NET holding that version of the framework.
