Flexwiki, like pretty well all other wikis immediately publishes content
created or revised by an individual allowed to write content. If you need a
method of handling reviews then it can be accomplished by having users work
with 2 namespaces. One where edits take place and a second where the
authorized changes are published. The publisher is responsible for making
sure that the second namespace has correct content and that the first
namespace changes are replicated or deleted.
Alternatively, you can use a single namespace and monitor revisions and new
content closely as is done on FlexWiki. The Recent Changes function in the
left hand menu, or the topic at [1] is used to do this. This allows all
changes to monitored, unwanted pages are deleted or returned to a prior
version or allowed to stand as revised.
