By definition a wiki is always moderated after the fact. As it is so easy to
revert to a prior version all wikis have been designed based on the golden
rule. This may be utopian in nature, but it is how they work - if someone
has the right to edit a topic when the edit is complete it is published. If
someone abuses the privilege they lose the right to edit pages.

FlexWiki supports a strong authorization and authentication model, where
some users can edit some pages and different users can edit other pages and
some pages are not editable. One way to build a moderation system is to have
a published namespace which is world viewable and the approved version. A
second namespace is for drafting revisions and an administrator must move
approved versions from the draft namespace to the published namespace.
FlexWiki would support such a model very well (as would other wikis with
strong authorization capabilities).
