Hi!
I was wondering about how great WikiTalk is, and how similar to PowerShell,
using the powerful pipe logic. (As far as I know, WikiTalk was born much
before Monad have come out).
So I was thinking, how great it would be to have the WikiTalk objects
accessible in PowerShell.
Is it great a challenge to convert FwSync into a cmdlet?
It would open new dimensions!
Right now I'm hacking the .wiki files directly with vbscript if I need to
integrate FlexWiki with other applications. It would be very very nice to be
able to retrieve (and write!) topicinfos and properties from powershell.
The other fine thing would be a WMI provider, but I know that sounds weird.
(That would allow event subscriptions, eg property change to be handled by
script. Excellent and immediate integration and data migration with our
other systems.)
I think writing WMI provider would be hard work, but I hope writing a cmdlet
form fwsync is not too hard.
What do you think?
