Thank you very much, Gerard, for your help!

It is pretty clear for me how to handle the *.stg files with normal
entries.
It is just that I cannot find any removable entry for the *default*
FlightGear tower which every (?) airport has.
After all I think it must be coded in the ????.btg.gz files .. is that
right, Curtis?
Then you cannot remove it without doing pretty nice work with
Taxidraw/Terragear.
Or is there any trick, ie. editing the ????.btg.gz file by hand ????
