modelled in FlightGear. I don't necessarily require 'exact' performance
data but at least a good rough guess would be fine.
I've been searching The Net but yet didn't find a _single_ source of
such numbers. Does anyone know a related resource ?
Very nice!
I haven't seen anyone create R/C scale helicopter models in flightgear, but
I have talked to several people over the years that would be interested in
this. There are quite a few university groups and home hobbiests and
photographers that are working towards building autonomous helicopters.
Having a few pretty good quality small scale helicopter models in FlightGear
would go a long ways towards these groups being able to prototype their
autopilot and flight control algorithms in software before they risk a
rather substantial investment.
Martin: please post some "in flight" shots! Aircraft aren't designed for
the purpose of collecting dust. :-)
