Ah, you mean "The Manual". Well, when I have some spare time and get a
chance and figure why the HTML-exporter doesn't work as I expect him to
do, I'll make an update to the HTML version.

That's the intentionally, I don't see this as a problem ;-)
Analogous to letting the HTML browser add line breaks, you could let
the PDF viewer scale the document to a readable size - 800x600 is not
that bad in this regard,
