Hi, not only in Germany but in Europe building models with cardboard (strong paper) is very popular. There are a lot of people active presenting/teaching/discussion their developments in some forums. And here is how the modern "Kartonbauer" (cartonist) creates his models - with Blender Here is the first site of a long story (teaching other the know-how) http://www.kartonbau.de/wbb2/thread.php?threadid=7650&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=0&page=1 ... and going down this site you'll see the result (the finished paper): http://www.kartonbau.de/wbb2/thread.php?threadid=7650&threadview=0&hilight=&hilightuser=0&page=28 Looking around these forums I got to a link to a russion internet-site with a *lot* of scaled 3-d views of several aircraft (*.pdf, big scale), which one also could use for our purpose. I just lost the link but will search for it and come back with it. Regards Georg EDDW ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
