I retried again today 15:25 UTC and got

I am on Ubuntu 13.4 (raring) including all distributed updates
In Synaptic are no more Packages listed with "FGFS" and/or "flight" -
but it lists
simgear 2.10.0ppa1~raring1
libopenscenegraph80 3.0.1-4
