I've had a quick look and its definately possible. Arpt_ident is matched to ICAO code and airport name in Arpt.txt and to ATIS (and other comm) frequencies in Acom.txt (both in DAFIFT.zip). Let me know if you are/aren't currently working on extracting this so I'll know whether to/not-to bother.
