Using the latest CVS, when I start fgfs with: $ fgfs --lat=35 --lon=75
I get an initial elevation of -9999 ft (as viewed by the property browser -- that thing is great for debugging ;-). Note that this is *without* having the scenery tiles -- I haven't tried it with yet. Anyway, I start out "floating" with no scenery in sight, only sky above and below. I hit ^U several times until my altitude approaches zero, and then everything fixes itself. I'm then sitting in the middle of the ocean at about 4 ft of altitude. My guess is that Curt's recent initialization changes are the culprit, but I'm too tired to debug this tonight. Can anyone else at least confirm this behavior? -- Cameron Moore [ Why is it that doctors call what they do "practice"? ] _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
