You may need the version of JSBSim that is currently in JSBSim CVS. There was a bug that included some beta code in the version which is now in FlightGear CVS.

Curt, you may want to grab the current JSBSim code and place it in the FlightGear CVS.

Subject: [Flightgear-devel] JSBsim

Hello,

I still have some problems with JSBsim. Please, could somebody tell me what can be wrong?
I'm using Windows/MSVC6.0...
- I tried start FG with JSBsim from  the latest FG release - not successfully (but LaRCSim worked well)
- I downloaded a CVS version, compile it and run with newest base package. LaRCSim not working with any option (it always hungs on some loop with adding a constant to some double variable. There is a "INF" in that variable...  JSBsim hungs likewise LaRCSim on similar loop. Many of JSBsim members contain INF. When I start it in altitude and the speed, the JSBsim working (...why?) How to start JSBSim on the ground? The flight is sometimes interrupted for a moment (I thing that by the message output to the console). How to disable it?. There is possible fly with X-15 only, Cessna allways goes slowly down to ground and then it hangs. It sometimes hungs after the "crash" with the ground too. There is "attempt to divide some variable by the zero" message in the console mostly. Are similar problems on other platforms too, or it is only MSVC-related think?

Thanks
