Certainly they won't as long as every aircraft, panel, etc. is in the base package, but I can imagine users wanting to do so when people are developing and distributing panels independently. For example, do you want to fly the DC-3 with an original 1930s panel, a wartime C-47 panel, or a refitted 1990s panel including a GPS?
