Preferably not mp3. I'd rather have 22Khz than mp3 bacause it removes 
audio information which might be harmfull.

I suggest, idle, from idle to mil power and mil power.
I guess audio from outside the cockpit is good enough (we can filter it 
ourselves if we need to).
