Since metakit isn't strictly part of SimGear anymore, this probably
falls in the Not Our Problem department. Nonetheless, I *never*
install the shared libraries for metakit, and force fgfs to link
against the static ones only.

Since metakit isn't used by anything else, there is nothing to gain
and loads of headaches to endure by installing the shared library. If
we're going to leave a version in the SimGear directory, maybe we
should diddle the build to produce only the static library?
