That's correct, and now I realize that is what David meant by hold off for now.

Maybe setting offsets per 3D model would be good since it isn't directly
related to model-fdm information anyway.  It is a little weird if you specify
a model path from the command line, but the offsets in the model-fdm-set.xml
get used.
