There are some bugs in the Navaids/default.fix.gz file. Here are the
most obvious ones:

308 of the unique(?) identifiers have two entries with different location, e.g.

Of course, the second entry overwrites the first in the STL map<>,
so we have effectively just access to 15881 senders instead of 16189 ...
Aren't the identifiers supposed to be unique?
