Definitely have an ISO on the drive. If they have a LAN going put it on ftp.
Encourage people with laptops to download it during the presentation.
Allow plenty of demo time, if anybody that downloaded it installed it, demo
a master/slave setup. Also keep a copy of Atlas on hand. 
Have fun with it, it's a good topic.
