It's also my interest area. I've been working with Melchior FRANZ to develop a client to chage data via --props protocol. I have interest in controling FGFS externaly (by own hardware). In fact Melchior FRANZ rewrote, debuged and improved all basic starting code (wrote in C/C++). It resulted working very well and is also very easy to be understud and to be adapted for other kind of stuff (driven weather, aircraft failures, etc.).
