The gear-lock is fixed (it was an xml thing) and same with multi engine sounds. It's in fgbase CVS now Aircraft/c310/c310-sound.xml. Haven't done anything with the other geared and multi-engined xml's yet. BTW this latest patch from Eric with the conditional configs works great. Anyone who's into tweaking xml configs...this adds a lot of flexibility.
