Writing a PLIB loader/writer isn't against the EULA. PPE uses plib and
is a good tool to load models, modify them and write them back to be
used with "Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002".
That's exactly what the EULA allows us.

It says nothing about OS, quality of the software (PPE is alpha...),
etc.
