Yes. It's just that 'l' =is= already bound to the tail wheel lock. And here
again a toggle property is too dangerous. Landing with an unlocked wheel can
lead to an unpleasant surprise. There is no way to find out whether the wheel
is locked or not. l/L would avoid the ambiguity. No, it hasn't to be the L,
every other pair of keys is OK, as long as it isn't a single toggle key.
