Hi, Sorry about the delay for that posting. I've been very busy. Hardware is one of my area of interest. I've been working on project to control FG by external hardware using 'props' protocol. One of the first control I want to develop is a Yoke. Since I have a dedicated hardware to do that I'll probably use potenciometers an A/D converters. But in case you just want to develop a Yoke I think a good way could be adapting a old mouse which one has two control axis. The information is easy coded and sent via serial communication. Oppen it and you'll have an idea the way it works. Then you just have to write a code to capture sent data, converting to a format FG can understand and control the Yoke paramentes by "props" protocol. I don't think it's too hard to do. (and is very cheap :-) ) All the best. -- Sergio Roth Linux user #226380 - SuSE 7.2 _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
