I've done some graphics for FS2K, they aren't very high resolution, but if I'll remember, I'll send them from my home computer (I'm at work now :) ).
BTW, my graphics are for the KT76A, not KT70/71, but functionality wise they are similar (as far as I know). They also have an upper limit, but that's quite high, 35,000 (76A/C) and 50,000 (70/71) feet.
