Did you send the patch to someone who has cvs write access? I am unfortunately unable to keep up with my email load and so flightgear list messages go into the second tier and other mailing list messages go into a 3rd tier, etc. Right now I've got 1800 messages in my FlightGear inbox ... meaning each of them had something interesting that I thought I might one day want to respond to or think about or perhaps it was a question I didn't have time to answer when it was posted. If I gave all my incoming email all the attention it deserved it would very literally be more than a full time job. I already have a full time job, so a collective "sorry" to everyone if I miss something I should have taken care of. It's probably mixed in someplace with those other 1800 (and growing) pending messages. The best thing I can suggest is that if I miss it the first time, send it again, and if it's really important such as a patch, consider sending it directly to me so there is less chance of it getting lost in the avalanch. In theory, I'll get to everything eventually, but eventually seems to be taking longer and longer as the demands grow bigger and bigger. And if anyone wanted to cover my salary full time to exclusively manage the FlightGear project and do FlightGear development, I could easily keep busy for > 50-60 hours a week on it. But, for now, I'm "just" a volunteer, so my family and job have to come first; beyond that, I'm giving everything I can to this project, but it will never be as much as is needed.
