Yes (at least for RedHat).

Hmm, the notes of the picture in the middle says:
"The jigdo download tool (under development - not usable at the moment)"

We might need to wait some more. ;-)

I do agree that a Freeware, cross platform, graphical install utility 
should have been around for ages (and this might be the beginning of 
such a tool).
