I've learned from being a sysadmin that from time to time you should
remind everyone why they have it so well; otherwise, they only remember
what you do when things go wrong.

No, but I know Perl! When I get a chance, I try to port anything Norman
does in python to perl just because I know he hates it. hehe ;-p
