Right -- it should be built-in but disabled by default. When we have more GUIs, that won't be a problem -- we can even pop up a dialog automatically the first time a user runs FlightGear. Personally, I'm waiting to use this until it works with William Riley's scenery -- I don't see much point flying around until we have roads, rivers, and railroads.
