I am not opposed to using rsync provided we can come
up with a robust manager application that controls starting
and stopping the daemon
I am not opposed to shipping rsync
I am opposed to shipping the DLL for several reasons
1) google( 'site:cygwin.com multiple dll ' )
2) google( 'site:cygwin.com distributing cygwin dll' )
