As some of you may know, I have been interested in an autopilot capability for JSBSim in the standalone version. Also, providing a configurable autopilot for JSBSim airplanes flying in FlightGear (via a config file) is also something I'd like to be able to do. Recently, I have completed the basic functionality in the FCS components needed to build an autopilot for JSBSim aircraft, using our components. The two new components created are switch and deadband components.
