For anyone who wants to play around with new instruments, Martin
Dressler is working on building a set of hi-res instruments that are
based on the Cessna 172-S. Here are pictures of the original panel
(it turns out there's a C172S at my local airport and they were happy
to let me sit in there until the batteries of my brother's digital
camera wore out:

Martin has the attitude indicator and turn coordinator mostly done.
I've committed them to CVS. If you want to test fly them, first do a
cvs update of the base package, then go into the panel config file for
which ever aircraft you are flying and change:

    <instrument include="../../Instruments/attitude-indicator.xml">

  to:

    <instrument include="../../Instruments/ati.xml">

Then change:

    <instrument include="../../Instruments/turn.xml">

  to:

    <instrument include="../../Instruments/trn.xml">

That should be all you need to do ...

Regards,

Curt.
