A couple of months ago, people agreed that it would be better to start
with a 3D cockpit by default. I've finally got around to making the
following changes

1. "c172" is now an alias for "c172p"
2. "c172-3d" is now an alias for "c172p-3d"
3. Starting without an --aircraft option will give you c172-3d instead
   of c172.

I made the first two changes because my 172p 3D model is much better
than my 172r model. Of course, nowadays, I'd prefer to start with a
Piper, but that's another story.

These changes will make no practical difference for experienced users
who always specify the aircraft anyway (often in $HOME/.fgfsrc), but
it will make a big difference for what new users see the first time
they start up.

Enjoy,

David
