Just rerun the update command. The cvs server (which I hope to move at some point) gets a bit overwhelmed at times and this is a fail save to kill cvs processes that go balistic in their memory use. Just rerun the update and you should get further each time. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it should be solved when I get time to move cvs over to the bigger server.
