I have a couple of questions: I've been trawling through code to check the possibility of porting the cool 3-D clouds to native FGFS/PLIB format. As a beginner to C++ this is probably not the best place to start! Is it worth me doing a tutorial or whatever from the PLIB site? If so which one(s)?
Secondly, I think there has been talk about this before but how difficult would it be to model a 'proper' GPS such as a Garmin GNS xxx or Pilot in FGFS? I an assuming that the simple, non-mapping GPSes would be relatively trivial to model since they can get their positional data straight from FGFS. Mapping versions could interface with/extend Atlas for mapping. Would it need to be integrated with the panel, in a seperate window or both? Do people want this? How much work is involved, roughly? Many thanks, Matt. _______________________________________________ Flightgear-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.flightgear.org/mailman/listinfo/flightgear-devel
