Shouldn't that be defined at the aircraft level? Ctrl+b is booster on the p51d. And it doesn't have speedbrakes.
I made sure the p51d booster functions still works. IMHO it won't harm to have a default assigned to Ctrl+B which can be overruled by aircraft specific bindings. I expect there will be more models with speedbrakes than models with engine boost for instance.
