Avoid strong oscillations at turbulence extremes.
- MagnitudedAccelDt = 1 - 2.0*(double(rand())/double(RAND_MAX)) - Magnitude;
+ MagnitudedAccelDt = 1 - 2.0*(double(rand())/double(RAND_MAX));
... not that I could reproduce that behavior. But at 500 feet
stronger turbulence kicks in and the magnitude seems to be
increased rather than reduced now.
