I thought that might have been what it was.
AFAIK the vor and loc stations only provide a deviation left or right of track they dont not provide a degree figure that can be used in a vor/adf RMI guage.
If this is not the case could someone tell me what the property is that provides this information then I can finish off a guage I have.

It makes the alpha id code available outside the class through the properties
(e.g. SFO for VOR at KSFO). AFAIK the needle already works. :-)
