But it'd probably be easier to just have him (or his lawyer :-)) read the GPL and agree to license specific items to us under GPL. I'd pick just one model and texture combo and get specific permission for that. I'd pick all the F16 variants: block 50/52 (A, B, C, D), block 48 (A, B, D), and MLU. They are all from PumpyHead and included usually in pack anyway. About the skins, I would worry about them later. Skinpacks for most of the models are made by above mentioned skiners and are not hard to find (in worst case, we could take one for the blueprint and then make completely new skin sets on our own). I'll try to find his email or ICQ number later today ...
