That could be because of what Curtis described, the sun position would be taken into account twice instead of once. That needs some more thought.


Out of curiosity, are full moons taken into account at all? It seems to me when there is a full moon or at least getting close to before and after a full moon things seem to 'glow' with almost yellowish/whitish color.


The moon hasn't had the same amount of attention as the sun, but the sun and the moon behave quite similar in the same conditions so that should be much easier now.
