The default C172 is 3d clickable, so is the P51d and the cub? Also I think the C310 is too??? FlightGear definitely has the infrastructure to support this, but it's a lot of work to create these sorts of cockpits. So use of this capability in most existing aircraft are a bit spotty or non-existant.
