Andrei Barbu has revamped the flightgear web site layout and made quite a few improvements. I have placed the proposed changes here:

There are a few things I'd like to tweak (mostly because they should have been tweaked in the original site long ago) but if people generally like the changes, I will make them official and we can go from there.
