I managed to build the excellent Bernie Bright's fgrun program 
and I added it to a new (80Mb) package that I am uploading right 
now.
I downloaded the "full" .exe and installed them under Win XP. The 
install is really slick! The uninstall also worked. I had to copy two 
.dll files to get all to work. They are msvcp70.dll and msvcr70.dll.

Feedback:
1. The launcher is great!!! Thanks Bernie!
2. I noticed that there are no lights at all away from airports.
3. I also noticed that the Maintenance building to the right of 28R at 
KSFO and Candelstick park are both white with no textures. Is this a 
Windows issue of just this build? The other buildings had textures.

Thanks for the effort, A build like this will help non-command-line 
Windows users a lot.
