I am using FG 0.9.3 CVS version.
I have compiled fltk and fgrun on SuSE8.2 and both seemed to go fine. I compiled both with --with-x and --with threads. On running fgrun I get the following message in the console
linux:~ # fgrun
X_DestroyWindow: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 0x2a0000c
X_TranslateCoords: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 0x21
X_TranslateCoords: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 0x21
and a gray (blank) window entitled FlightGear log (this leaves lines behind it when dragged).
fgrun then hangs.
To be honnest, I'm not very familiar with fltk.
But searching the net for simillar errors doesn't provide a clue on what's happening. Mostly they say these messages are harmless ...
This looks like an X-related problem?
It does, but I can't think of a solution right now (except getting the latest XFree86, X-drivers and/or fltk).
